Please read our rules for using the facility.

* If you have a temperature or are exhibiting symptoms (dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, lost of taste or smell, chills, fever, headache, muscle aches) email the club and STAY HOME.

* All court reservations and class scheduling must be made in advance. No walk-ins. Court bookings must include the name of all players, not just the person making the reservation. $25 fee for each additional player not registered.

* Parents, children and Spectators not playing/registered are NOT ALLOWED in facility.

* Please ensure you have clean non-marking shoes to change into that you put on AFTER being checked in for your class or court reservation. Players with outdoor or marking shoes will be asked to rent shoes or leave with no refund on court rentals or class.  Rental fee $5.

* We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled activity and come on time.

* Please sign the waiver for court rentals.

* Proceed to your assigned court and find a designated spot to put your belongings.

*No outside food permitted in the facility.

* All court rentals and group classes will end 5 minutes early to eliminate crossover traffic. Please leave the facility within 10 minutes after you finish for the safety of the next groups arriving.

* Please throw away your trash, used shuttles, water bottles, etc in proper bins. Help keep the facility clean.

*Anyone caught violating the rules will be asked to leave with no refund on court rentals or class.

*IBC must be notified via email at least 48 hours prior for reservation booked within a week or 72 hours prior for reservations booked a week or more in advance if there are any alterations or cancellations. This includes changes in the number of players or date/time. If you booked online, you can cancel or make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours prior of your schedule booked.  All cancellations made in a timely manner will be credited for future reservations, no refunds.

Each person must have an profile in order to book a court .
After installing the Court reserve APP, click on "JOIN ORGANIZATION" and search for "International Badminton Center (Pine Brook) or IBC Edison" follow the on screen instruction to join.

Make sure you sign up as a Player/Individual for the membership selection.  Please contact us if you have any issues with creating a profile or booking online.
